equity, estimated household income, and other factors. Stop wasting your time chasing

- We've already mentioned "before" and "after" photos.
There is no better testimonial to your work than photographs. Your prospects will
see that you produce gorgeous results, and they will call you right away to do the
same for them.
- If your job extends for more than couple of weeks, we can send progress photos as
well. Keep the neighbors' interest high! Turn your work into
a reality show that draws them in and makes them call you.
- You're first-class, so you should use first-class postage. Each piece we send has
a hand-applied, first-class stamp. This maximizes the open rate and minimizes wastage.
- And here's the kicker. Each letter is ultra-personalized
to its recipient. For example, if his home value is in the top half of your list,
we'll say things like, "Mr. Jones, I've noticed that your home is one of the leaders

The Price
Let me say right off that we're not the cheapest service out there. If you want

Each mailing costs $60, plus 99 cents per piece. For best return on investment,
we suggest a minimum of 100 pieces. That would cost $159 ($60 + $0.99 x 100).

Many of our competitors charge a monthly subscription fee. Our program is pay-as-you-go. If we don't
continue to earn your business, you don't pay us.
